CDK

CDK.  Cyclin-dependent kinase.  A protein involved in regulation of the cell cycle, DNA transcription and DNA repair. Chromosomal translocations, mutations, insertions, deletions and gene overexpressions resulting in alterations of cyclins, CDKs and CDK inhibitors are common in most cancers.
