Tuberous sclerosis complex – a rare multi-system disease associated with benign tumors in the brain, kidneys, heart, eyes, lungs and skin. Problems that can be seen in this condition include seizures, developmental delay, poorly controlled behavior, skin abnormalities , lung and kidney disease. The disease is heritable.
